ABOUT
Hi, I'm Jess.
A digital commerce and site merchandising leader with over a decade of experience helping brands make confident, clear decisions about how products show up and perform online.
I spent eight years at Tiffany & Co. leading global digital merchandising across PDPs, PLPs, search, and browse for more than 20 international markets: setting standards, translating strategy, and building scalable site experiences across some of the highest bars in retail.
Today I work with DTC brands in an advisory capacity — helping teams optimize product discovery, increase conversion, and improve the overall customer experience online. I’ll help you understand what's working, what's getting in the way, and where to focus next.
Three ways to work Together.

HOW I WORK
You won't get a junior team or a templated playbook. Every engagement starts with the audit and every recommendation follows the same structure: what I found, why it matters, and what to do about it.
The Audit — Diagnosis
A focused review of PDPs, PLPs, search, navigation, and browse. I assess merchandising logic, content structure, and performance signals to give you a clear, objective picture of what's costing you sales.
The Roadmap — Prescription
Everything the audit uncovered, turned into a sequenced action plan. Every recommendation includes rationale, expected impact, effort level, and dependencies — so your team can move with confidence.
The Partner — Continuity
For teams who want ongoing guidance. Regular advisory check-ins, async support between sessions, and a steady senior perspective as your site and strategy evolve.
My Approach — Always Advisory
I work in an advisory capacity only. My focus is on judgment, structure, and prioritization. No execution. No tool configuration. No day-to-day management. Just clear direction and honest expertise.
What Makes this Different.
WHY WORK WITH ME
Senior-Level Merchandising Expertise
A decade at the highest standard in retail — including 8 years leading global digital merchandising at Tiffany & Co. — brought directly to your brand.
Systems-Level Understanding
I understand how PDPs, PLPs, search, browse, personalization, and analytics connect. Not just one piece — the whole system, and how decisions in one area affect everything else.
Direct Access to the Founder
No layers. No junior handovers. When you work with me, you work with me. My experience, my judgment, and my honest point of view — every time.
A Small, Focused Client Roster
I intentionally work with a small number of clients at a time. That means you get my full attention, not a fraction of it. This is not a volume business.
you might be a perfect fit if…

FAQ
Common Questions.
No, my work is advisory only. I help teams make clear, informed decisions about on-site merchandising, but execution is handled by internal teams or agency partners.
Ongoing advisory support is structured around a regular cadence of check-ins, with thoughtful guidance provided between sessions as needed. It's designed to support decision-making and prioritization — not real-time or day-to-day coverage.
No. Advisory support is intentionally structured and does not include on-call or real-time availability. This ensures guidance is focused, considered, and high impact.
I often work alongside internal teams and agency partners, providing clarity and direction to support their execution. My role is to help define priorities, pressure-test ideas, and align work to on-site merchandising goals.
My work is best suited for teams who have execution resources in place and are looking for a clear point of view, stronger foundations, or senior guidance around on-site merchandising decisions.
Most engagements begin with a site merchandising audit, followed by an optimization roadmap. Ongoing advisory support is available for teams who want continued guidance over time.
Pricing varies based on site size, scope of review, and level of complexity. All engagements are fixed-scope and advisory only.
Yes. I work with brands across industries and at varying stages of scale. My focus is on on-site merchandising principles that apply regardless of platform or tech stack.
